摘要
针对宿迁大控制在沂沭泗河洪水调度方案中的作用,研究宿迁大控制对流域洪水的影响,通过MIKE软件中MIKE21模块对宿迁大控制的库容进行计算,并以此为基础对沂沭泗流域河湖联动调洪(南四湖调洪、沂沭河调洪、骆马湖调洪)演算,模拟洪水在宿迁大控制三角区内的演进情况,分析宿迁大控制对骆马湖洪水调度的影响。结果表明:骆马湖宿迁大控制的调度运用对骆马湖水位影响较大,并且影响沂沭泗河洪水安排。研究成果可为沂沭泗流域100a一遇洪水调度方案制定提供依据。
In light of the significant role of the Suqian Control Complex in the flood dispatch plan for the Yishusi River Basin,the research on the influence of the Suqian Control Complex on the flood in the River Basin is carried out.By utilizing the MIKE21 module of MIKE software,the calculation of the storage capacity of the Suqian Control Complex is carried out.Then,coordinated flood routing through rivers and reservoirs(the Nansi Lake,the Luoma Lake,the Yi River,the Shu River)in the Yishusi River Basin is conducted,flood evolution in the triangular area of the Suqian Control Complex is simulated,and the influence of the Suqian Control Complex on the flood dispatch of the Luoma Lake is analyzed.The result shows that the operation of the Suqian Control Complex has a tremendous influence on the water level of the Luoma Lake,and affects the flood arrangement of the Yishusi River Basin.The results can be used as the foundation of the compilation of the flood dispatch plan for flood recurrence period of 100 years in the Yishusi River Basin.
