摘要
为解决PCCP管断丝管节加固难题,研究并发明了一种基于预应力钢绞线与锚具的管道预应力加固技术。首先采用数值模拟仿真方法分析管外加固有效性和合理性,再根据相关规范和理论提出加固体系的计算方法和布置方式,最终由现场原型管加固试验验证加固体系的加固效果。介绍了该项预应力加固技术的结构组成、实施原理、技术特征及其使用方法;该装置及其使用方法提出了管道加固的新工艺,可适用于PCCP断丝管节加固。
PCCP(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe)is widely used in domestic and foreign projects.Breakage of prestressed wire in PCCP is the main defect that endangers the safety of this pipeline structure.How to reinforce defective pipelines is an important issue in the management and operation of PCCP.Prestressed steel ring,carbon fiber composite,excavation and replacement are currently used to reinforce the defect pipe.Because of its high tensile strength,good environmental adaptability and simple construction,the prestressed material has been used to repair PCCP in Libya’s Great Manmade River Project.Domestic research and application of using prestressed material to reinforce PCCP are still in its infancy.In order to solve the problem of repairing defective PCCP,a kind of pipe reinforcement technology based on prestressed steel strand and anchorage was studied.Firstly,numerical simulation method is used to analyze the effectiveness and rationality.Then,according to the relevant standard and theories,the calculation method and layout method of the reinforcement system are proposed.Finally,the effect of the reinforcement system is verified by the test.The structure composition,implementation principle,technical characteristics and application method of the prestressing reinforcement technology are introduced.The device and application method put forward a new technology of pipeline reinforcement,which can be applied to the repair and reinforcement of defective PCCP.
