复杂地层上刚性桩基础水闸的防渗措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对建设在复杂地层场区上的刚性桩基础水闸,结合该工程的闸室基础特点、地质地层特性,从地层条件适应性、施工工艺难易程度、工程质量可靠性、防渗效果及工程造价等方面对比分析了塑性混凝土防渗墙、振动沉模防渗墙、高压喷射灌浆防渗墙、水泥土搅拌防渗墙和土工膜垂直防渗结构五种垂直防渗体设计方案适用合理性,比选推荐采用振动沉模防渗墙方案,进行了详细的设计分析,并总结了实施经验。对采用刚性桩基础的水闸,防渗墙设计难度大大增加,通过提高墙体弹性模量和抗压强度以控制防渗墙的施工质量,应采用软接头确保防渗墙顶与闸底板之间可靠连接。在软弱土层上振动沉模防渗墙施工中,采取措施防止墙体成型后可能出现的缩孔现象。研究成果对类似条件下水工建筑物的建设具有一定工程意义。 Considering sluice chamber the engineering characteristics and characteristics of geological strata,the anti-seepage measures of rigid pile foundation sluice in complex formation was studied from the adaptability of stratum conditions,the difficulty degree of construction technology,the engineering quality and reliability,the anti-seepage effect,the project cost,and so on.The five vertical anti-seepage schemes have been focused research for plastic concrete impervious wall,vibration sinking mould impervious wall,high pressure jet grouting cut-off wall,cement soil mixing impervious wall and vertical seepage control structure of geomembrane.The vibration sinking mould impervious wall was recommended by the analysis and selection.Then,a detailed design and analysis of The vibration sinking mould impervious wall was carried out,and the implementation experience was summarized.For the sluice with rigid pile foundation,the design difficulty of cutoff wall was greatly increased.By improving the elastic modulus and compressive strength of the wall to control the construction quality of the cutoff wall,the soft joint should be used to ensure the reliable connection between the cutoff wall top and the sluice floor.In the construction of the vibrating sinking mold impervious wall in the weak soil layer,the measures were taken to prevent the shrinkage of the wall after forming.The construction of hydraulic structures under similar conditions has certain engineering significance.
