陡深斜井自密实混凝土及衬砌快速施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 布仑口-公格尔水电站引水隧洞高压管道衬砌的上斜井段与其他洞段相比,具有更长的长度、更大的施工难度、更难的质量保证以及更缓慢的施工速度。经研究分析,该洞段决定采用自密实混凝土取代常规混凝土完成上斜井衬砌的浇筑。本文对自密实混凝土实验室配合比的设计、施工配合比的调整、上斜井段自密实混凝土衬砌施工工艺进行了较详细的研究总结,并对陡深斜井自密实混凝土与常规混凝土衬砌在施工速度和施工成本等方面的优势进行了对比分析。结果表明,自密实混凝土更加适用于陡深斜井衬砌,减少了施工循环,简化了施工工序,降低了施工难度,更好地保证了施工质量和混凝土作业人员的安全,且施工速率提高328.7%,工期缩短37.38%。自密实混凝土在陡深斜井衬砌工程上的应用具有重要意义。 Compared with other sections,the upper inclined section of the high-pressure pipeline lining in the diversion tunnel of Blunkou-Gongger Hydropower Station has longer length,greater construction difficulty,more difficult quality assurance and slower construction speed.After research and analysis,the section decided to use self-compacting concrete to replace conventional concrete to complete the lining of the inclined shaft.In this paper,the design of laboratory mix ratio of self-compacting concrete,the adjustment of construction mix ratio and the construction technology of self-compacting concrete lining in upper inclined shaft section are studied and summarized in detail.The advantages of self-compacting concrete lining in steep and deep inclined shaft and conventional concrete lining in construction speed and cost are compared and analyzed.The results show that self-compacting concrete is more suitable for lining of steep and deep inclined shaft,reduces construction cycle,simplifies construction process,reduces construction difficulty,better guarantees construction quality and safety of concrete workers,and increases construction speed by 328.7%,shortens construction period by 37.38%.The application of self-compacting concrete in lining engineering of steep and deep inclined shaft is of great significance.
