基于高职学生心理健康服务需求的对策研究——以福州某高职院校为例

On Mental Health Services Demand of Vocational College Students and Counter-Measures:Taking Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

摘要 为考察高职院校大学生心理健康服务需求现状与认知态度,采用自编的"高职学生心理健康服务需求调查问卷"对福州某高职院校的3690名大学生进行了调查。结果表明:1.学生心理服务需求包含学业、人际关系、自身认知和生涯规划等方面;2.个体咨询是学生心理咨询服务中最被认同的形式;3.大学生参与人数最多的心理服务项目是心理健康讲座和网络化的心理健康教育;4.不同年级在具体心理服务需求内容、服务项目的排名上均存在差异。根据研究结果,笔者认为高职学生心理健康教育应重视学生自我发展的目标定位,通过挖掘大学生心理健康服务的多元渠道,增强心理服务资源的可及性,因材施教,按年级有侧重地选择心理健康服务主题。 In order to investigate the current situation and cognition attitude of mental health service needs of students in the higher vocational college,the author adopted the Survey Questionnaire of Mental Health Service Needs of Students in Higher Vocational College compiled by himself to investigate the 3,690 students in Fuzhou higher vocational college. The result showed that 1. College mental health service needs include schooling,interpersonal relation,self-cognition,career planning,etc. 2. Individual counseling is the most favorite form of mental health counseling service. 3. The most involved form of mental health service is mental health lectures and web-based mental education. 4. Students of different grades differ in their favorite items and content of mental health service.The present paper contended that vocational college mental health education should be orientated to students’ self-development,enhance the availability of mental health service resources through developing multi-channel service,and focus on different topics for different grades.
