大众化教育时代的大学具有人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、传承文化四大职能。转型发展就是在四大职能上的全方位转型。三江学院文旅院面向经济社会发展对人才的需求,坚持以生为本、全方位育人,以师为本、强化学科改革,创新导向、改革教学方法,能力导向、构建实践教学体系,服务师生、创造和谐向上的学院文化的发展思路;着力构建能力素质导向的专业人才培养模式,协同共建"现代旅游文化服务管理"重点学科方向,创建校内+校外、实体+虚拟的智慧化实践教学体系,全面推广"创新导向的组织学习体系",努力造就新常态背景下经济社会发展所需要的专门人才。

University in the era of popularized education bears four functions of personnel training, scientific research, servicing society and inheriting culture. The transformation development is based on a full range of transformation in the four functions. College of Culture Industry and Tourism Management, Sanjiang University,facing the talents demand in the economic and social development, insists on the following principles for transformational development: first, insisting on the development path encompassing a student-oriented and all-round talent education,teacher-oriented disciplinary-strengthening reform, innovation-oriented teaching method reform, ability-oriented practice teaching system construction, and servicing all the teachers and students and creating a harmonious and upward college culture. Second, focusing on building an ability- and quality-oriented professional talents training mode. Third, with coordinated efforts setting up the key discipline direction of service management of modern tourism and culture. Fourth, establishing an intelligent practice teaching system of"inside school + outside school and entity + virtuality". Fifth, comprehensively popularizing the organization learning system of innovation-oriented. All the efforts are aimed to cultivating the special talents that the national economy and social development need under the new normal background.
