On Professionalization Development of Students Counselors in Non-Governmental University from Angle of SWOT

民办高校辅导员队伍是民办高校校园稳定、人才培养和文化传承的重要力量。笔者在分析民办高校辅导员职业化发展存在的内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁的基础上,有针对性地提出了民办高校辅导员职业化发展策略,以期为民办高校辅导员职业化发展提供参考。

The student counselor team in non-governmental university is an important force for keeping campus stability, enhancing personnel training and transmitting the ethnic culture heritage. On the basis of analyzing the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats existing in the student counselor professionalization development in non-governmental university, the author offered the professionalization development strategies for student counselor in the non-governmental university and provided the implications for the practical efforts and further research.
