民办高校的出现是我国经济和社会发展对高等教育需求的产物。对民办高校而言,人才培养质量的优劣至关重要,可以说它是民办高校的生命线,直接决定其能否生存发展以及面临的是"生机"还是"危机"。因此,人才培养质量的社会声誉,就成为决定民办高校生源数量、自身发展空间和未来前景的重要因素。作为民办高校的一名教师,要有时不我待的危机感,必须潜心研究教学规律,科学实施教学方式方法,提高教学质量与人才培养质量,努力培养适应社会素质高、能力强的应用型人才。

The non-government university serves to meet the higher need of higher education in China with its fast economic and social development. The quality of talent cultivation is vital to the survival of non- governmental universities: an opportunity for further development and also a critical link that may leads to their collapse.Therefore,the social reputation of their graduates is an important factor determining their enrollment size and sustainable development for wide space and future. As one of their faculty,he or she is expected to have a sense of crisis,devote themselves to the pursuit of teaching laws and methods and executing their teaching philosophy and methods scientifically,and improve the quality of teaching and talents cultivation,and exert their utmost to the cultivation of practical talents with high accomplishment and ability that meet the need of social development.
