On the Art of Heart-to-heart Talk of Counsellors’

谈心工作是辅导员做好学生思想政治教育工作最常见的一种形式。辅导员只有掌握好谈心艺术,才能与学生达成共识,产生心灵上的共鸣,从而更好地促进思想政治教育工作的有效开展。笔者通过分析辅导员谈心艺术的理论基础、存在问题,从而提出对策,对增强思想政治教育工作的时效性和针对性具有重要的意义。

Heart-to-heart talk is one of the most common forms that counselors do the ideological and political education work of students’.Only if the counselors master the art of Heart-to-heart talk,can they reach a common understanding with the students,have a spiritual resonance,and promote the effective development of ideological and political education.Through analyzing the theoretical basis and existing problems of counselors’ heart to heart talk,the author puts forward countermeasures,which have great significance for enhancing the timeliness and pertinence of ideological and political education work.
