摘要
房地产开发产品作为必需的生活资料和保值增值性能优越的投资品,其开发流程长、影响因素多,需要运用系统的、科学的方法进行市场调查。笔者针对'三四线'城市的特点,对房地产市场进行调查和分析,并以四线城市的金源华府壹号项目为例讲述市场调查的具体实施,并提出建议。
As good investment products of necessary means of livelihood and value keeping and adding,real estate products experience a long process of development and influence of many factors.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a market survey with a systematic and scientific method.In view of the characteristics of medium-sized cities,the authors of this paper have analyzed the use of market survey in the real estate development,illustrated the implementation of market survey with the example of Huafu No.1 project in Jinyuan City,and made some corresponding suggestions.
