摘要
在实际工作中按照党和国家的教育法律法规和学校的各项工作要求,结合学生的思想状况,我们可以采用'五个一'例会制度来做学生的管理工作:每周一次班长例会,突出问题导向,引领工作开展;二周一次学习委员例会,突出过程管理,营造学习氛围;三周一次团支部书记例会,突出心理关注,促进身心健康;四周一次全体班干例会,突出看齐意识,强化表率作用;五周一次主题班会,聚焦中心任务、形成工作合力。
In practical work,according to the Party’s and the State’s educational laws and regulations and the school’s requirements,in combination with the ideological situation of students,we adopt the'five-one'regular meeting system to in students’management.Once a week,the regular meeting of monitor highlights the problem orientation and leads the work.Once every two weeks,the regular meeting of the study committee highlights the process management and creates a learning atmosphere.Once every three weeks,the regular meeting of the Youth League Committee Secretary highlights psychological concerns and promotes physical and mental health.Once every four weeks,the regular class meeting highlights the awareness of alignment and strengthens the role of the model.Once every five weeks,the theme class meeting focuses on the center task and forms a resultant force.
