摘要
本文主要介绍了嫩江尼尔基水利水电有限责任公司与黑龙江省大兴安岭地区气象局雨量信息共享软件的设计思路、软件开发过程以及关键问题解决方式。经过两年的实践应用,达到了雨量信息共享的目的。
In the paper,design concept,software development process and key problem solutions of rainfall information sharing software between Nenjiang Nierji Water Conservancy and Hydropower Co.,Ltd. and Heilongjiang Daxing'anling Regional Meteorological Bureau are mainly introduced. Purpose of rainfall information sharing has achieved through practical application for two years.
