哈密市水资源开发利用现状及对策研究

Study on status quo and countermeasures of water resources development and utilization in Hami

本文对哈密市现状年供用水基础设施及供用水量进行了调查,分析了现状用水水平及用水效率,提出了水资源开发利用现状存在的问题。在此基础上,结合哈密市现阶段发展水平、经济承受能力和实施方案的可行性,提出切实可行的水资源合理配置的措施及建议,为今后哈密市水资源开发利用提供依据。

The paper analyzes current water-use level and efficiency by investigating annual water supply infrastructure and water supply volume in Hami,and proposes existing problems of present situation of water resources development and utilization. On the basis of that,it puts forth feasible measures and suggestions for rational water resources allocation combining with the current development level,economic affordability and feasibility of implementation in Hami,which provide the basis for Hami water resources development and utilization.
