摘要
本文针对跨流域调水不同位置区划不统一、区域边界模糊、范围界定不严谨等问题,在参考传统调水区、受水区两分法的基础上,进一步细化了分区;对水源区、调水影响区提出了核心区域概念;依据水资源常规评价参数,利用单指标法计算了区域边界。
In the paper,regions are further refined on the basis of adopting traditional water transfer area and water intake area dichotomous division method as reference aiming at inconsistent division in different regions of inter-basin water transfer,fuzzy boundaries,random scope boundary and other problems. Core regional concepts are proposed aiming at water source area and water transfer influence area. Regional boundaries are calculated by single index method according to routine evaluation parameters of water resources.
