摘要
现代水网是立足于现有水利工程架构,以全域水网为依托,以河道渠系为输水载体,运用现代治水理念,"多库串联、库河串联、水系联网,优化调度配置水资源"的水网建设思路,采用工程技术和管理手段,对现有水系进行整合与提升,使之形成集防洪、供水、生态等多功能于一体,可统筹解决水资源短缺、洪水灾害威胁以及水生态退化等问题的综合型水利工程网络体系。
Modern water network is based on existing water resources engineering architecture. Global water network is relied. River canal system is regarded as water conveyance carrier. Modern water control concept is applied,and water network construction concepts are adopted,namely ‘multi-resources serial connection,reservoir-river serial connection,water system interconnection,optimal scheduling and configuration of water resources '. Engineering technology and management means are used for integrating and improving existing water systems. A comprehensive water resources project network system is formed,which integrates flood prevention,water supply,biology and other functions,wherein a series of problems can be solved comprehensively,including water resources shortage,flood disaster threat,water ecological deterioration and other problems.
