水功能区划分级分类体系研究

Research on water function regionalization hierarchical classification system

水功能区划是在水资源可持续利用与开发保护相结合的基础上,相互合理协调的一种重要工作,对水资源高效利用的实施起到了指导性作用。本文根据水功能区划原则和程序,分析了区划分级与分类体系,对水功能区划在水资源开发利用与可持续发展中存在的问题进行了思考。

Water function regionalization is an important work task of mutual and rational coordination on the basis of water resources sustainable utilization and development protection. It plays instructive role to the implementation of efficient utilization of water resources. In the paper,regionalization grading and classification system are analyzed according to water function regionalization principles and procedures. Problems of water function regionalization in water resources development utilization and sustainable development are thought.
