电站尾水防洪特征水位探析

摘要 清河水库是一座以防洪、灌溉为主,兼顾工业供水、养鱼、旅游等综合利用的大型水利枢纽工程。肩负起辽河生态补水、高效农业供水等多项供水任务。清河水库水电站属清河水库水资源综合利用开发项目,该水电站的引用流量受清河水库水量调度的控制。为了充分利用当地水能资源,提高电站的利用率,对电站尾水的特征水位进行分析,有利于在保证水库补水任务的前提下,合理安排供水时段和放流量,以增加电站出力,提高电站发电效益。 Qinghe Reservoir is a large water conservancy project which is mainly based on flood control and irrigation,and comprehensively utilizes industrial water supply,fish farming,tourism,etc. It shoulders various water supply tasks of ecological hydrating,efficient agricultural water supply,etc. of Liaohe River. Qinghe Reservoir hydropower station belongs to Qinghe Reservoir water resources comprehensive utilization and development project. Dritnage flow of the hydropower station is controlled by water quatity scheduling of Qinghe Reservoir. Characteristic water level of power station tail water is analyzed in order to fully utilize local water resources and improve the utilization rate of the hydropower station,which is beneficial for rationally arranging water supply time segment and discharge capacity under precondition of ensuring reservoir water supplement task,increasing hydropower station output,and improving power generation benefits of the hydropower station.
