浅论农田灌溉高效用水管理机制的现状及改革途径

On present situation and reform approach of farmland irrigation efficient water consumption management mechanism

农业是一个国家的根本所在,是国民经济的基础,在我国显得尤其重要。由于水资源逐渐匮乏,农田灌溉需要合理有效的管理才能保证农田的按需灌溉和水资源的节约。本文针对农田灌溉高效用水管理机制展开研究,通过对其现状的分析,剖析了存在的问题,经过研究给出高效水管理机制的具体建议,对农田高效水管理机制的建立有一定的指导意义。

Agriculture is the basis of a country,and it is the foundation of national economy,which is especially important in China.Since water resources is more and more deficient,farmland irrigation can ensure on-demond farmland irrigation and saving of water resources through rational and efficient management.In the paper,efficient water utilization management institution of farmland irrigation is studied.Existing problems are analyzed through analyzing the present situation.Concrete suggestions of efficient water management institution are given through study,and it has certain guidance significance for establishing farmland efficient water management mechanism.
