王家油房水库洪水总量计算探析

Analysis on flood volume calculation in Wangjia Youfang Reservoir

为了缓解老四平乡用水之矛盾,现拟定在王家油房修建小型水库一座,以此来兴修水利,拦蓄地表水,开发利用地表水、地下水。为了宣泄规划库容所不能容纳的洪水,为此进行了洪水计算,防止洪水漫坝顶,保证大坝安全。

It is proposed that one small- sized reservoir is constructed in Wangjia Youfang currently in order to relieve the contradictions of water consumption in Laosiping Township,thereby building water conservancy project,blocking and storing surface water,developing and utilizing surface water and groundwater. Flood is calculated in order to release flood which cannot be contained in the reservoir,thereby preventing flood overflowing to the top of the dam and ensuring the safety of the dam.
