摘要
本文根据有关规范资料,论述了堤防工程设计时由设计堤顶高程、风浪要素、波浪爬高及风壅增水高度分析计算方法,并对堤防施工进行简要的论述,以达到提高堤防抗灾能力的要求。
In the paper,analysis calculation methods of designed levee top elevation,wave elements,wave climbing height,wind bank water increase height are discussed according to related specification and information. Embankment construction is briefly described to improve disaster resistance ability of the embankment.
