群体条件下招聘情境中的相貌刻板印象研究 被引量:1

摘要 在招聘情境下,独立施测的被试会表现出相貌刻板印象.为探讨这种相貌刻板印象在群体施测条件下是否存在,实验采用2(岗位性质)×3(相貌水平)的混合实验设计方法,以小组施测的方法进行实验.实验结果发现,群体条件下招聘情境中,相貌吸引力高的应聘者更有优势,且不同岗位的相貌刻板印象的表现水平有差异. In recruitment situations,independent testing Subjects exhibit physical attractiveness stereotype.To explore whether this kind of stereotype will exist in group condition,2(post nature)× 3(appearance level)mixed experimental design are carried out.It was found that,under group condition,people with highly physical attractiveness may have more advantage in recruitment situation,and there are differences level of physical attractiveness stereotype in different positions.
