家庭背景、非认知能力与学生成绩的关系研究——基于中国教育追踪调查数据的分析 被引量:16

Family Background, Non-Cognitive Ability and Students Achievements——Based on the Data of China Education Panel Survey(CEPS)

摘要 本文基于中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)2014年数据,探讨学生非认知能力的影响因素以及家庭背景、非认知能力和学生成绩三者的路径机制。家庭人力资本、文化资本和经济资本对学生非认知能力均有显著正影响。流动儿童的非认知能力要显著低于非流动儿童。学校质量对学生非认知能力有显著正影响。家庭资本会通过非认知能力的中介变量影响学生成绩,而且非认知能力在乡镇农村、女生和流动儿童学生中的中介作用要大于城区、男生和非流动儿童的学生。因此,家庭应重视对学生非认知能力的投资,尤其是女生家庭。学校应重视对学生非认知能力的培养,尤其是对乡镇农村和流动儿童学生的培养。政府应重视对学生非认知能力的评估,将学生的非认知能力纳入到学生测试当中,使其成为衡量学生能力的一部分。
