青光安颗粒对青光眼滤过术后滤过泡瘢痕化的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effects of Qingguang'an Granule on Filtering Bleb Scar After Glaucoma Filtration

目的:探讨青光安颗粒对青光眼滤过术后滤过泡瘢痕化的抑制作用。方法:选取2016年4月至2018年9月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的行滤过性手术治疗后滤过泡瘢痕化患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。2组均采用常规小梁切除滤过性手术,对照组术后给予血栓通胶囊,观察组术后给予青光安颗粒,2组均连续治疗2个月。比较2组治疗成功率、手术前后不同时间患眼最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及眼压,记录2组术后并发症发生情况。结果:2组患者术后7 d患眼术区均形成功能性滤过泡,观察组治疗成功率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。与术前比较,术后1、2个月2组患眼BCVA及滤过泡高度均明显提高/增加(P <0. 05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组患眼眼压均明显降低(P <0. 05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组总并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:青光眼滤过术后给予青光安颗粒可更明显地提高患眼BCVA,降低眼压,有效抑制滤过泡瘢痕化。

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of Qingguang’an Granule on filtering bleb scar after glaucoma filtration.Methods: A total of 76 patients with filtering bleb scar after glaucoma filtration in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group. The 2 groups were treated with conventional trabeculectomy and filtration. The control group was given Xueshuantong Capsule after operation,while the observation group was given Qingguang’an Granules. The 2 groups were treated continuously for 2 months. The success rate of the 2 groups,the best corrected visual acuity( BCVA) and intraocular pressure at different times before and after operation were compared. The postoperative complications of the 2 groups were recorded. Results: Functional blebs were formed in the eyes of the 2 groups at 7 days after operation. The treatment success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with preoperative situation,the BCVA and filtering bleb height significantly increased in the 2 groups at 1 and 2 months after operation. The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The intraocular pressure significantly decreased,of which the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of total complications between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of Qingguang’an Granules after glaucoma filtration can significantly increase BCVA,reduce intraocular pressure as well as effectively inhibit bleb scarring.
