我国高职院校混合所有制研究现状述评

A review on the researches of mixed ownership in vocational colleges in China

高职院校混合所有制的研究成为学术界和职业教育界的一个关注热点。高职院校进行混合所有制改革有利于办学经费来源渠道的拓宽,有利于办学和管理体制改革的深化,有利于校企合作和产教融合的推进。通过对已有相关文献的梳理与分析,从意义、内涵、特征、困境、对策建议等方面入手,针对存在的问题进行分析,建议拓展混合所有制高职院校办学路径,立足于实践,在综合运用质性研究方法基础上,提升案例研究的科学性和严谨性,不断将理论研究推向纵深。

The study of mixed ownership in vocational colleges has become popular,whose reform helps expand the sources of funds,improve the management,promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises and integrate the production and education.Through a literature review,this study discusses the significance,connotation,characteristics and other aspects.On the basis of all this,the writer suggests that the approaches should be broadened in further researches and operations.
