摘要
在分析公办高职院校混合所有制改革实践中出现的几类典型办学机制及各自优劣的基础上,提出了一种新型公办高职院校混合所有制办学机制:以独立二级学院为合作载体,享受公办院校政策,创新各方利益激励机制,最终形成企业人才培养高地。
The writers of this paper have done a comparative study of the mixed-ownership mechanisms in vocational colleges,and propose a more applicable type be adopted.The mechanism applies to independent colleges as cooperative carriers,that share policies of public universities.Meanwhile,it creates innovative systems of motivation among different stakeholders.
