摘要
"个人理财实务"课程教学过程中存在教学手段和方法落后,教学内容与职业岗位要求关联度低的问题。为此,进行几个方面的创新:教师要有互联网思维模式,开展多样花的信息化手段,打破传统的教学单元,开展项目教学,设定场景进行情景化教学,改革考核方法。
The increasing demand for investment financing professionals provides a broad space for their professional development.However,problems exist in the curricular construction,lack of in-depth school-business cooperation and effective measures for dual teachers.The writer argues that school-business cooperation is demanded for the development of finance and investment professionals,teaching interaction mechanisms should be built up and teaching evaluation be completed.
