现代学徒制背景下艺术创意人才培养研究

艺术类专业学生有其突出的特点,而艺术设计类企业的效益以生产项目为依托,创意型艺术人才是企业发展的基础。实施现代学徒制人才培养模式有助于进一步完善职业教育人才培养体系,加快发展现代职业教育体系,深化产教融合。艺术类专业在探索实施现代学徒制人才培养模式时还存在一定问题,应进一步完善相关激励与保障机制,建立健全运行管理机构,共建混合所有制二级学院,实现人力资源一体化。

Art students are extremely special in many aspects,relying on production projects.Implementing the modern apprenticeship will help improve their further vocational education personnel,boost the development of modern vocational education,and deepen the integration of production and education.The relevant incentive mechanism should be further improved,the operational management institutions established,and mixed-ownership be built to realize the integration of human resources.
