混合所有制办学模式下影视动画专业发展探索——以石家庄职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 以石家庄职业技术学院为例,讨论了影视动画专业的发展状况和校企合作情况.影视动画专业在校企合作中存在人才培养与企业需求脱节,校企缺乏深入合作,"双师型"教师缺乏的问题.在高职院校进行混合所有制的办学实践为影视动画专业人才的培养提供了新思路.可通过建立校企共建人才培养机制,形成"产教融合"人才培养模式;加强"双师型"教师队伍建设;建立以混合所有制各办学主体共同利益为导向的管理模式,来促进混合所有制办学模式下影视动画专业的进一步发展. This paper takes Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology as a case study and discusses the development of film and television animation specialty and the school-business cooperation.It is found that there exists a gap between school education and enterprise need where double-position teachers are demanded under the mixed ownership of vocational colleges.Therefore,it is argued that the teaching through practice may promote the integration of industry and education.
