摘要
工科高职院校越来越重视学生的人文素质培养,采取有益举措加强学生人文素质教育,取得了一定成效,但还存在一些有待进一步完善的地方。建议从构建齐抓共管的人文素质教育管理体系、人文素质教育师资队伍体系、人文素质教育课程体系与"双向考核指标—多元评价主体—多种评价方式"一体化的人文素质教育评价体系等方面进行调整,以发挥人文素质教育对培养工科人才的作用。
Vocational colleges of technology have paid more attention to cultivation of humanistic quality, but more measures need to be taken to improve management system, teaching staffs, curriculum and two-way assessment. The purpose is to enable humanistic education to play its role in vocational colleges of technology.
