摘要
"双一流"建设为地方高校综合实力的提升和学科建设的发展提供了机遇,同时也对地方高校提出了严峻的挑战。地方高校在"双一流"学科建设中,面临人才引进困难、教育资源相对短缺、管理机制不健全等困境。因此,地方高校应结合自身学科建设基础和区域经济社会发展的需要,通过优化学科布局、发展特色学科、打造"一流人才"队伍、增加经费投入、改革管理体制等推进"双一流"学科建设。
The double first-class provides with opportunities for improvement of comprehensive strength of regional universities and development of disciplinary construction. This helps them recruit excellent teachers, share with better universities advantageous resources and accomplish management mechanism. Furthermore, regional universities should adapt disciplinary construction to regional economic and social development, promote curricular construction, increase investment and reform on management system.
