摘要
当前,全国各地广泛开展的各具特色的高职教育实践,迫切需要得到理论的回应.王升教授所著《高职教育的创新发展探索:以石家庄职业技术学院为例》便是一部基于实践诉求的高职教育理论探索的著作.该书具有鲜明的实践性特色,其理论源于实践,又应用于实践;将开放理念、跨界理念、创新理念、幸福理念等职业教育的新理念融入学院的办学实践中,通过实施顶层设计、精细化管理、人才战略以及资源运筹等,实现对学院治理的创新.该书案例丰富,可读性强,通过极具个性的叙述风格,为读者展现了一所正在前进中的高职院校的发展路径.
Nowadays,practices are extensively carried out of higher vocational education with peculiar features in China,but theoretical explorations are in need.This paper cites an innovative work by Wang Sheng as a case study of the aforementioned practice in Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology.It is integrated with theoretical explorations,practice,new conceptions of vocational education such as opening,crossover,innovation and happiness.Top-level design,refined management,talent and resources strategies,innovations on institutional reforms are realized.
