健胃消食口服液防治急性髓细胞白血病化疗性消化道副反应临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chemotherapy-Induced Digestive Side Effect of Acute Myelocytic Leukemia Treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid

目的观察健胃消食口服液防治急性髓细胞白血病(AML)化疗性消化道副反应的临床疗效。方法将49例AML化疗患者随机分为治疗组(27例)与对照组(22例),两组患者均给予相应的化疗方案治疗,对照组采用盐酸昂丹司琼防治消化道副反应,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服健胃消食口服液防治消化道副反应,持续至化疗结束。结果治疗组食欲情况较对照组明显改善,恶心呕吐症状优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论健胃消食口服液对AML化疗性消化道副反应有较为显著的改善作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chemotherapy- induced digestive side effect of acute myelocytic leukemia( AML) treated with jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid. Methods Forty- nine AML patients with chemotherapy were randomized into a treatment group( 27 cases) and a control group( 22cases). The chemotherapy was provided in the two groups. In the control group,ondansetron hydrochloride was used to prevent and treat digestive side effect. In the control group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid was added till the end of chemotherapy. Results Appetite was improved obviously in the treatment group as compared with the control group,nausea and vomiting were relieved apparently as compared with the control,indicating the significant differences in comparison( P <0. 01,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid achieves the significant effect on chemotherapy-induced digestive side effect of AML.
