健儿扶正膏方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染100例临床研究

Clinical Study of 100 Cases of Infantile Recurrent Respiratory Infection Treated with Jianer Fuzheng Formula

目的观察中药健儿扶正膏方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾两虚、卫表不固证)的临床疗效。方法将100例门诊或住院患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组患儿口服健儿扶正膏方,对照组予以匹多莫德颗粒口服。观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效及治疗前后血免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)情况。结果两组患者治疗后治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为88.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血免疫球蛋白比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健儿扶正膏方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾两虚、卫表不固证)见效快,疗效稳定,且治疗过程中未见不良反应,安全性较好,无毒副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on infantile recurrent respiratory infection( lung and spleen deficiency,failure of defensive exterior to control) treated with jianer fuzheng formula.Methods One hundred outpatients or inpatients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the children patients were treated with oral administration of jianer fuzheng formula. In the control group,pidotimod granules were prescribed for oral administration. The clinical efficacy after treatment and the levels of blood immunoglobulin( Ig A,Ig G and Ig M) before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96. 0% in the treatment group and was 88. 0% in the control group,indicating the significant difference( P < 0. 05). The differences in the levels of blood immunoglobulin were not significant between the two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Jianer fuzheng formula presents the quick and stable efficacy on infantile recurrent respiratory infection( lung and spleen deficiency,failure of defensive exterior to control). This formula is advantageous at no adverse reaction,good safety and no toxic side effect during treatment.
