名老中医治疗快速性心律失常用药频率分析

Analysis on the Drug Use Frequency in Treatment of Tachyarrhythmia by Distinguished Veteran Physicians of TCM

目的应用统计学方法分析名老中医治疗快速性心律失常的用药规律。方法将收集到的名老中医治疗快速性心律失常的验案共568份输入到验案分析系统,统计其用药频率。结果共用中药244种,应用次数最多者为黄芪,共291次,频率为51.23%;最少者为豆衣等11种,仅用1次,频率为0.18%。频率>40%的有黄芪、丹参、麦冬、黄连、五味子、人参共6味药;频率>10%的有38味,可分为9类,其中活血类药种数最多。结论黄芪、丹参、麦冬、黄连、五味子、人参是名老中医治疗快速性心律失常的惯用中药,体现了益气养阴、活血清热是快速性心律失常的常规治法;活血类药物占名老中医常用药类之首,表明了活血化瘀是名老中医治疗快速性心律失常的最常用方法。

Objective To analyze the drug use frequency in treatment of tachyarrhythmia by distinguished veteran physicians of TCM. Methods Five hundred and sixty- eight cases of tachyarrhythmia treated by distinguished veteran physicians of TCM were collected and input in the medical case analytic system and the drug use frequency was analyzed statistically. Results Totally,244 materia medica were used. Of them,the use frequency of radix astragalus was the highest,291 times,accounting for 51. 23%; the use frequency of 11 materia medica was the lowest,only once,accounting for 0. 18%,such as testa glycines macids.The materia medica with the use frequency > 40% included radix astragalus,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix ophiopogonis,rhizoma coptidis,schisandra chinensis and panax ginseng. There were 38 materia medica with the use frequency > 10% and in 9 categories,and the most materia medica were in the category for activating blood circulation. Conclusion Radix astragalus,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix ophiopogonis,rhizoma coptidis and schisandra chinensis and panax ginseng are the common herbal medicines for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia by distinguished veteran physicians of TCM,implying the conventional treating principles as benefiting qi,nourishing yin,activating blood circulation and clearing heat. The drugs for activating blood circulation are the most common,indicating the activation of blood circulation and removal of stasis is the most common therapeutic method.
