刘志明治疗高血压病核心方的发掘研究

Mining Study on Liu Zhiming's Core Formulas in Treatment of Hypertension

目的应用数据挖掘方法分析和总结刘老中医治疗高血压病的核心方。方法采用"名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统",建立高血压病个体化诊疗信息采集平台,采集刘老中医诊疗高血压病证、治、方、药信息,并以此数据为基础,运用无尺度网络模型加以分析,最后总结其核心方药。结果无尺度网络图显示刘老中医治疗高血压病最核心药物组成为天麻、茯苓、川芎、白芍、赤芍、当归、红花、太子参、柴胡、甘草,最常用的四味药为天麻、茯苓、川芎、甘草,进而反映了刘老从肝肾辨治高血压病的学术特点。结论刘老中医认为高血压病病机关键为肝肾亏虚,治疗上重视从肝肾论治,主张滋补肝肾,调和气血,所开方剂多以四物汤、四君子汤加减。

Objective To analyze and summarize Prof. Liu Zhiming’s core formulas in the treatment of hypertension through data mining method. Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment information collection system of veteran TCM physicians was used to set up the individualized diagnosis and treatment information collection platform of hypertension. The information in hypertension syndromes,treatment,principle and medicine was collected. Based on the data,using the scale- free network model,the core formulas were analyzed and summarized. Results The scale- free network figure showed the composition of the most core herbs in treatment of hypertension included gastrodia elata,poria cocos,ligusticum wallichii,radix paeoniae alba,radix paeoniae rubra,angelica sinensis,safflower carthamus,radix pseudostellariae,radix bupleuri and licorice. The most common ones were gastrodia elata,poria cocos,ligusticum wallichii and licorice,which further reflected the academic characters of Prof. Liu in treatment of hypertension based on liver and kidney differentiation. Conclusion Prof. Liu believes hypertension is related to liver and kidney deficiency in pathogenesis. The treatment is focused on liver and kidney theory,nourishing and tonifying the liver and kidney and harmonizing qi and blood. The main formulas are the modified si wu tang and si junzi tong.
