Determination of Loganin in Qingshu Capsule by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定清疏胶囊中马钱苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax C185μm(250×4.6 mm);流动相:以乙腈为流动相A,以水为流动相B,两者的比例为A∶B=15∶85;检测波长:240 nm;流速:1 ml/min;柱温:25℃。结果马钱苷在0.204 4~1.022 0μg范围内其含量与峰面积线性关系良好,线性回归方程为:Y=1 695.9X-4.542,R2=0.999 6(n=5),平均回收率为98.78%,RSD为0.79%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可有效控制清疏胶囊的质量,并可作为其质量评价的重要依据。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of loganin in Qingshu Capsule. Methods The HPLC method was carried out on an Agilent Zorbax- C18 column using acetonitrile- water( 15∶ 85) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240 nm,the flow rate was 1 ml / min,and the temperature of column was 25 ℃. Results The calibration curve for loganin was 1inear in the range of0. 204 4 ~ 1. 022 0 μg. The average recovery was 98. 78% with RSD of 0. 79%. Conclusion The method is simple,precise,reliable,and specific for determining the content of loganin in Qingquan capsules and it can be the basis for its quality evaluation.
