步长胆石利通片治疗慢性胆石症30例疗效分析

Clinical Analysis on Danshi Litong Tablets of Buchang Pharma Treating 30 Cases Cholelithiasis

目的观察步长胆石利通片治疗胆石症的临床疗效。方法收集2013年5月-2014年5月上海青浦区老中医工作室门诊部收治的60例典型的胆石症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者口服十味蒂达胶囊,治疗组口服胆石利通片,4周为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后观察患者的临床疗效和症状改善情况。结果胆石利通片治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后临床症状均明显改善或消失,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后部分临床症状明显改善,与治疗前相比食欲不振、胃脘痞满差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗组口服胆石利通片可较好地改善患者的食欲不振、胃脘痞满、右上腹胀痛等临床症状,可作为临床上保守治疗胆囊炎、胆石症的首选中成药。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cholelithiasis treated with Danshi Litong tablets of Buchang Pharma. Methods Sixty patients with typical cholelithiasis treated in old Chinese Medicine Studio of Qingpu District Shanghai from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30). In the control group,Shiwei Dida capsules were prescribed for oral administration. In the treatment group,Danshi Litong tablets were applied for oral administration. Four weeks was a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and improvement of symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93. 3% in the treatment group and was 86. 7% in the control group,indicating the significant difference( P < 0. 05). In the treatment group,all of the clinical symptoms were apparently relieved or disappeared after treatment,indicating the significant difference as compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05). In the control group,a part of clinical symptoms were apparently relived. The significant difference presented in the improvement on Loss of appetite,epigastric fullness symptom as compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Danshi Litong tablets in the treatment of cholelithiasis achieve the significant efficacy,and it can better improve appetite,epigastric fullness,right upper quadrant pain and other symptoms. Danshi Litong tablets of Buchang Phmarma can be used as proprietary material of choice in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.
