基于现代文献的气滞血瘀证症状体征特点的研究

Study on the Characteristics of the Symptoms and Signs of Stagnation of Qi and Blood Based on Modern Document Data

搜集检索中国学术期刊全文数据(CNKI,1990-2013年1月)、中医诊断学、中医内科学、中药新药临床指导原则等文献中所有关于气滞血瘀证诊断标准的文献,利用Excel进行症状及体征的统计分析。探究气滞血瘀证症状及体征的分布情况,为气滞血瘀证诊断标准的制定提供现代文献依据。该项研究共检出文献737篇,最终筛选纳入46篇,涉及疾病36种,经归一化处理后得出气滞血瘀证中出现频次最多的前15位的症状及体征,可归纳为躯体症状及舌脉症状。基于对现代文献中气滞血瘀证的研究,初步得到气滞血瘀证主要包括舌紫暗或舌质暗红、有瘀点或瘀斑,脉弦涩,胀痛或刺痛,苔薄白或薄黄或无苔,痛处固定等症状及体征,为进一步研究和制订气滞血瘀证证候诊断标准提供依据。

All the literatures on stagnation of qi and blood’ s diagnostic criteria were collected by searching CNKI papers from 1990 to January 2013,Diagnostics of Chinese medicine,Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,Clinical guideline of new drugs for traditional Chinese medicine and so on. Excel was used for statistical analysis of the symptoms and signs. The distribution of symptoms and signs of stagnation of qi and blood were explored,providing modern document basis for making qi and blood’s diagnostic criteria. About 737 documents were searched and finally 46 documents were used for analysis which involved 36 kinds of diseases. After normalizing,top 15 of the symptoms and signs of stagnation of qi and blood were concluded which can be summarized as the body symptoms and symptoms of tongue and pulse. Based on the study of modern document data of the stagnation of qi and blood,it was concluded that the stagnation of qi and blood mainly include dark purple tongue or dark red tongue with petechiae or ecchymosis,astringent pulse string,pain or hurt,thin white or thin yellow tongue coating or no tongue coating,a sore point fixed and so on. It provides the basis for the further research of stagnation of qi and blood’s diagnostic criteria.
