NK细胞与脓毒血症的相关性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脓毒血症是感染性疾病死亡的主要原因之一,是多种炎性介质、多种细胞和凝血因子参与的复杂过程,其治疗颇为棘手,多数的临床试验终因治疗目标不明确而失败,NK细胞作为机体抗感染的免疫卫士,在脓毒血症发病的不同阶段,释放和分泌多种细胞因子和趋化因子,并参与机体的免疫应答,对脓毒血症的诊断及治疗有着显著的影响,深入研究NK细胞分泌的细胞因子在脓毒血症发展过程中不同时相的分泌释放特点,进而在脓毒血症的不同时相调控NK细胞分泌更多对机体有益的免疫性杀伤介质,抑制感染机体产生过多的促炎因子,对脓毒血症的治疗有着重要意义。
