Ke Weijun's Experience in Treatment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Chronic aplastic anemia is the difficultly- treated disease in blood system. Prof. Ke Weijing has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. In the paper,the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics were analyzed. Prof. Ke thought that spleen and kidney deficiency and disharmony of yin and yang were the basic pathogenesis of chronic aplastic anemia,heat- toxin- stasis was the causative factor and also the pathological production of chronic aplastic anemia. In the treatment,the basic principle was strengthening the spleen,tonifying the kidney and regulating yin and yang,associated with clearing heat,detoxification,cooling blood and activating blood circulation. The therapeutic effect was very excellent.
