穴位贴敷治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的临床有效性和安全性研究

Clinical Effectiveness and Safety of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting

目的探讨穴位贴敷治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的临床有效性和安全性。方法收集2014年5月-2015年4月化疗治疗的80例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式分为两组,对照组和治疗组,每组各40例患者。对照组患者给予托烷司琼静脉滴注;治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用穴位贴敷治疗。在治疗的过程中观察两组患者治疗效果与安全性。结果 1个疗程的治疗,治疗组有11例患者完全缓解,13例患者部分缓解,13例患者轻度缓解,3例无效,治疗组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%;对照组患者中5例完全缓解,6例患者部分缓解,10例轻度缓解,无效19例,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为52.5%;治疗组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷治疗化疗恶心呕吐具有较好的效果,不仅能够有效减少化疗中的不良反应,而且操作简便,无创伤,患者比较容易接受,从而提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness and safety of acupoint application on chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of breast cancer with chemotherapy were collected from May 2014 to May 2015 and were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the therapeutic methods,40 cases in each one. In the control group,the intravenous infusion with tropane was applied. In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,the acupoint application was added. The therapeutic effect and safety were observed in the two groups during treatment. Results After 1 session treatment,there were 11 cases of complete remission,13 cases of partial remission,13 cases of mild remission and 3 cases of failure and the total effective rate was 92. 5% in the treatment group. There were 5 cases of complete remission,6 cases of partial remission,10 cases of mild remission and 19 cases of failure and the total effective rate was 52. 5% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The acupoint application has good effect on chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting. It effectively reduces the adverse reactions of chemotherapy and easily operates. It has no injury and is quite acceptable so that the treatment compliance of patients is improved.
