宁肺合剂联合三伏贴对慢性阻塞性肺部疾病BODE指数的影响

Effect of Ningfei Mixture and Three Periods of Greatest Heat Paste on BODE Index of Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease

目的观察宁肺合剂联合三伏贴对慢性阻塞性肺部疾病稳定期BODE指数的影响。方法将120例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上予宁肺合剂联合三伏贴治疗,连续治疗2个疗程。结果两组治疗后,BMI增加、FEV1.0%pred改善、MMRC降低、6MWD提高、BODE指数分值降低指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后1年和治疗后2年分别与治疗前,BMI增加、FEV1.0%pred改善、MMRC降低、6MWD提高、BODE指数分值降低指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宁肺合剂联合三伏贴能改善慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者肺功能,增加运动耐力,提高生命质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Ningfei mixture and three periods of greatest heat paste on bode index of chronic obstructive lung disease. Methods One hundred and twenty patients in COPD stable phase were randomized to treatment group( n = 60) and control group( n = 60). Patients in both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,and treatment group also applied extra Ningfei mixture as well as three periods of greatest heat paste for two treatment courses. Results After treatment,BMI increase,FEV1. 0% pred were improved,MMRC decreased,6MWD increased,BODE were lowered in both groups with significant differences( P < 0. 05). One year and two years after treatment,there were still significant differences compared to the state before treatment in terms of BMI increase,FEV1. 0% pred improvement,MMRC decrease,6MWD increase,BODE decrease( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ningfei mixture and three periods of greatest heat paste can improve lung function of patients with chronic obstructive lung disease and promote the quality of life.
