韩氏妇科诊治卵巢早衰之经验刍议

Study on Experience of Han' s Ancestral Gynecology in Diagnosis and Treatment on Premature Ovarian Failure

龙江韩氏妇科流派是传统的师承教育与院校教育相结合的典型代表,韩氏传人在中医妇科领域苦心孤诣钻研多年,形成了自己独树一帜的诊治思路。卵巢早衰是以雌激素缺乏以及促性腺激素水平升高为特征的一种疾病,中医学中无卵巢早衰病名,韩氏据其临床表现将其归于"血枯""闭经""不孕"等范畴。韩氏认为卵巢早衰的发生与肾气-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴作用失衡密切相关,就脏腑而言,肾虚是导致卵巢早衰的根本,脏腑之间功能失调、气虚血瘀则是导致卵巢早衰的重要因素。因此在卵巢早衰诸多复杂多变的证型之中,肾虚血瘀者最为常见,针对此证型,应施以补肾填精、活血调经之法治之,自拟经验方补肾活血调冲汤。韩氏又经潜心研究发现,膏方的运用实乃治疗本病之良策,故开北方之先河,在北方大力普及膏方的应用,收效甚好。

Premature ovarian failure is a common gynecological disease. In recent years,the incidence rate of POF is rising year by year,and it has more characteristics of recovery slowly and relapse easily.Han’s ancestral gynecology holds that deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type is the most common cause,although the syndrome and pathogenesis of POF is complicated. Therefore Han’s puts forward the law of tonifying kidney and invigorating the circulation of blood for regulating menstruation and makes Bushenhuoxuetiaochong decoction. Besides,Han’s finds that the paste is a good way to treat this disease,so she promotes the usage of paste in the North of China which works rather well.
