摘要
目的利用高效液相色谱建立三军丸的甲醇超声提取的指纹图谱,为三军丸的质量控制和评价提供可靠的方法。方法采用HPLC梯度洗脱技术进行分离分析,采用Venusil XBP C18(4.6 mm×250 nm),流动相甲醇∶乙腈(3∶1)-0.1%磷酸,流速为1.0 ml/min,紫外检测器(λ=280nm),柱温35℃。结果 10个批次的三军丸之间有11个共有指纹峰,大多数的峰可以达到较好的分离效果,建立的HPLC指纹图谱具有较高的重现性。结论建立的三军丸高效液相指纹图谱方法稳定、可靠,为三军丸质量控制提供了简单、可靠的依据,可以作为三军丸鉴别和质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Sanjun Pill and to provide a foundation for the identification of its quality. Methods A gradient separated method was applied. Venusil XBP C18( 4. 6mm × 250 nm),mobile phase was methanol: acetonitrile( 3∶ 1)- 0. 1% phosphoric acid,detection wavelength was at 280 nm,flow rate was 1. 0 ml / min,column temperature was at 35 ℃. Results Eleven mutual peaks in its preparations were separated effectively. The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability. Conclusion The results of peak areas are in accordance with the request of fingerprint.The established fingerprint can be used for the quality control.
