长强穴埋线干预混合痔术后肛门部疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Preoperational Catgut Implantation at Changqiang( GV1) Acupoint for Hemorrhoid Operation- Induced Pain

目的评价长强穴术前埋线对缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将90例混合痔患者随机分为两组,每组45例。治疗组于局部麻醉后取长强穴一次性埋线,对照组术后口服布洛芬缓释胶囊(300 mg)。用视觉模拟评分法评定两组患者术后6、12、24、48和72 h疼痛情况。同时记录可能出现的并发症及不良事件情况。结果术后6 h疼痛评分两组比较差异无统计学意义,治疗组术后12、24、48和72 h疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后并发症(排尿困难、伤口水肿)的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),无不良事件发生。结论长强穴埋线能有效缓解混合痔术后疼痛,能有效减少术后并发症,安全可靠。

Objective To assess the preemptive analgesia effect of catgut implantation in Changqiang( GV1) acupoint on hemorrhoid operation- induced pain and its safety,so as to find a new method for easing post- operative pain of hemorrhoid. Methods A total of 90 cases of mixed hemorrhoids patients were randomly divided into the treatment group( n = 45) and control group( n = 45). In treatment group,a piece of catgut was embedded into bilateral GV 1 acupoint area before surgery. Patients of the control group were asked to orally take Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules( 300 mg) after the surgery. The pain scores of mixed hemorrhoids patients were evaluated 6,12,24,48 and 72 h after operation by using visual analogue scales( VAS). The complications and adverse events were recorded simultaneously. Results There was no statistic difference in VAS scores at 6h after operation between the two groups( P > 0. 05); the VAS scores of the treatment group at 12,24,48 and 72 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of complications of dysuresia and hydroncus were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no adverse events in the treatment group. Conclusion Catgut implantation at GV 1 is safe in treatment and it can effectively relieve the postoperative pain,and reduce postoperative complications in mixed hemorrhoids patients.
