黑升麻提取物治疗绝经相关症状疗效分析

Efficacy of Black Cohosh Extract for the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome

目的探讨黑升麻提取物(莉芙敏)治疗绝经相关症状的疗效。方法选取出现绝经相关症状[Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)≥15分]的妇女90例,按用药意愿分为对照组(不用药组)31例和研究组(莉芙敏组)59例,观察期3个月,评估治疗前后症状评分改变情况及研究组治疗后的有效率。观察莉芙敏对于轻度、中度、重度症状的治疗评分改变情况及有效率。结果研究组服用莉芙敏3个月后,KMI评分下降(t=14.302,P=0.000)。对照组治疗3个月后KMI评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(t=-0.465,P=0.643)。治疗12周后研究组评分明显低于对照组(t=-4.730,P=0.000)。研究组治疗后总有效率为69.5%。研究组内轻度、中度、重度症状者治疗前后评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=0.8061,t=3.873,t=0.6318,P值均为0.000)。研究组内轻度、中度症状者(81.2%、76.2%)治疗后有效率优于重度症状者(45.5%)(P=0.028、P=0.039),轻、中度症状者之间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.517)。结论黑升麻提取物(莉芙敏)治疗绝经相关症状有较好的临床疗效,对于轻度及中度症状者能够明显改善其临床症状。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of black cohosh extract( Remiferain) for the treatment of menopausal syndrome in women. Methods Ninety women with menopausal syndrome[Kupperman index( KMI) ≥15 points]were recruited and according to their intention,they were assigned into 2groups to take different kinds of treatment for 3 months. Participants were given Black Cohosh extract daily in research group( Remiferain group),and patients were given nothing in contrast group( No medicine group).Observation period was for 3 months,and the symptom scores change before and after the treatment as well as the efficacy was assessed. The difference between mild,moderate and severe symptoms were observed. Results After 3 months,KMI scores dropped significantly in research group( t = 14. 302,P = 0. 000),and KMI scores had no significant difference in contrast group( t =- 0. 465,P = 0. 643),as well as KMI scores had significant difference between research group and contrast group after 3 months( t =- 4. 730,P = 0. 000). Effective rate in research group was 69. 5%. Effective rates of the teams of mild and moderate symptoms are superior to the team of severe symptoms significantly( 81. 2% : 45. 5% : P = 0. 028; 76. 2% : 45. 5% : χ2= 4. 246,P = 0. 039),but there was no difference statistical significance between mild and moderate symptoms team( P = 0. 517). Conclusion Black cohosh extract( Remiferain) is effective for the treatment of menopausal syndrome in women,especially for mild and moderate symptoms.
