国医大师张学文运用川芎药对经验拾萃

TCM Master Zhang Xue-wen's Experience in the Application of Ligusticum Wallichii

张学文教授擅长将川芎药对用于治疗头面部疼痛、眩晕、中风、脑萎缩、颤证等疑难杂症,疗效非常显著。文章对张学文教授运用川芎药对经验进行了总结,包括川芎配丹参,凉血活血,行气止痛;川芎配川牛膝,活血化瘀,引血下行;川芎配葛根,活血化瘀,通脉生津;川芎配黄芪,活血化瘀,益气通阳;川芎配三七,活血化瘀,消肿止痛;川芎配蔓荆子,清利头目,祛风止痛;川芎配麝香,活血化瘀,开通脑窍;川芎配细辛,活血行气,散寒止痛。以期对中医临床人员用药有所借鉴和启发。

Prof. Zhang Xue- wen is good at using ligusticum wallichii to treat the intractable miscellaneous diseases such as facial pain,dizziness,stroke,brain atrophy,tremor and the very significant efficacy has been achieved. In the paper,Prof. Zhang's experience in the application of ligusticum wallichii was introduced,including the combination of it with salvia miltiorrhiza for cooling blood,promoting blood and qi circulation and stopping pain; with radix cyathulae for activating circulation of blood,removing stasis and guiding blood flowing down; with radix puerariae for activating circulation of blood,removing stasis,promoting vascular circulation and producing fluids; with astragalus membranaceus for activating circulation of blood,removing stasis,benefiting qi and promoting yang circulation; with panax pseudoginseng for activating circulation of blood,removing stasis,reducing swelling and stopping pain; with fructus viticis for cleaning head and eyes,dispersing wind and stopping pain; with muschus for activating circulation of blood,removing stasis and opening brain orifice; and with asarum sieboldii for activating circulation of blood,removing stasis,dispersing cold and stopping pain. It is expected that Prof. Zhang' s experience may provide the references for the clinical physicians of TCM in clinical practice.
