糖脂平对胰岛素抵抗大鼠葡萄糖和胰岛素代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察糖脂平对高脂饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR)大鼠葡萄糖和胰岛素代谢的影响。方法将80只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组(20只)和造模组(60只),造模组用高脂高糖饲料喂养8周造模,56只造模成功的大鼠分为模型组、中药组、西药组,每组18只。中药组和西药组分别给予糖脂平和二甲双胍灌胃,给药8周后,检测各组大鼠的体重、血糖、空腹胰岛素,同时用胰岛素钳夹技术检测胰岛素敏感性(M值)。结果糖脂平可明显抑制喂养型IR大鼠的体重增长,降低空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,提高胰岛素敏感性(M值)。结论中药糖脂平可纠正葡萄糖和胰岛素代谢紊乱,具有明显改善IR的作用,是用于防治IR的有效方剂,有进一步深入研究的价值。 Objective To observe the impacts of tangzhiping on glucose and insulin metabolism in the rats of insulin resistance(IR)induced by high fat diet. Methods Eighty male SD rats were randomized into a normal group(20 rats)and a model group(60 rats). In the model group,the rats were modeled with high - fat and high - sugar fodder for 8 weeks. Totally,56 rats were modeled successfully and divided into a model group,a Chinese medicine group and a western medicine group,18 rats in each one. In the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the gavage was applied with tangzhiping and metformin re-spectively. In 8 weeks of medication,the body mass,blood glucose and the fasting insulin were detected in the rats of each group. Simultaneously,the euglycemic hyperinsulinemic clamp technique was used to determine insulin sensitivity(M value). Results Tangzhiping apparently inhibited the increase of body mass in IR rats,reduced the levels of fasting blood glucose and insulin and improves M value. Conclusion Tangzhiping rectifies the metabolic disturbance of glucose and insulin and presents the apparent improvements in IR. It is the effective formula for the prevention and treatment of IR and deserves to have a further research.
