茵栀黄口服液治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Solution in Treating Non Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease

目的研究茵栀黄口服液治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法观察非酒精性脂肪肝患者接受茵栀黄口服液治疗12周后血肝功能和血清甘油三酯改善情况,具体指标包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、结合胆红素(DBIL)、游离胆红素(IBIL)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。对治疗3个月后药物安全性进行观察。结果经过治疗后ALT、AST、γ-GT、AKP、TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、CHOL、TG、LDL指标均有明显的降低作用,HDL含量显著提高。无患者出现明显不良反应。结论茵栀黄口服液不仅对非酒精性脂肪肝具有治疗作用,对各项生化指标均有明显改善作用,且安全有效。

Objective To study the effect of Yinzhihuang oral solution in treating non alcohol fatty liver disease. Methods The improvement of liver function and glycerin trilaurate in serum atern 12 weeks of administration of Yinzhihuang oral solution were observed,including the index of ALT,AST,γ - GT,AKP, TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,Chol,TG,HDL,and LDL. The drug safety was observed after three months of treatment.Results After the treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,γ - GT,AKP,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,Chol,TG,and LDL all decreased to some extent,and the levels of HDL was increased. There was no obvious side effect. Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral solution can not only treat NAFLD,but can also improve the relevant index with satisfactory effect and safety.
