展筋丹对膝骨性关节炎患者Lequesne指数及血清COMP、LEP水平的影响

Impacts of Zhanjin Pills on the Levels of Lequesne Index and Serum COMP and LEP in the Patients of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨平乐正骨展筋丹对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者Lequesne指数及血清中的软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)和瘦素(LEP)水平的影响。方法选择诊断明确的膝骨性关节炎患者39例,采用展筋丹揉药法治疗,7 d为1个疗程,共4个疗程,观察治疗前后Lequesne指数和血清COMP、LEP水平。结果 (1)纳入39例KOA患者,实际完成36例,痊愈4例,显效15例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率达94.44%;(2)治疗前后比较:治疗4个疗程后,Lequesne指数和血清COMP、LEP的水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)KOA患者Lequesne指数改善与血清COMP、LEP的水平减少有正向线性关系(r=0.430,P=0.009;r=0.467,P=0.004),但尚不能认为KOA患者血清COMP水平与血清LEP水平变化呈线性关系(r=0.269,P=0.112>0.05)。结论平乐正骨展筋丹揉药法可降低膝骨性关节炎患者Lequesne指数和血清COMP、LEP的水平;膝骨性关节炎患者Lequesne指数改善与血清COMP、LEP的水平降低成正向线性关系。

Objective To discuss the impacts of pingle zhenggu zhanji pills on the levels of Le-quesne index and cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)and leptin(LEP)in serum in the patients of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods Thirty - nine patients definitely diagnosed as KOA were selected and treated with herbal kneading method of zhanjin pills. The treatment of 7 days made 1 session and 4 sessions were required. Before and after treatment,Lequesne index and the levels of serum COMP and LEP were ob-served. Results 1. 39 KOA patients were included and 36 cases accomplished the treatment. Of them,4 ca-ses were cured,15 cases remarkably effective,14 cases effective and 3 cases failed. The total effective rate was 94. 44% . 2. In comparison before and after treatment,after 4 sessions of treatment,the levels of Lequesne index and serum COMP and LEP were reduced,presenting the significant difference(P < 0. 05). 3. In KOA patients,the improvement in Lequesne index presented the linear correlation with serum COMP and LEP(r =0. 430,P = 0. 009;r = 0. 467,P = 0. 004). It was not still believed that the level of serum COMP presented the linear correlation with LEP yet in KOA patients(r = 0. 269,P = 0. 112 > 0. 05). Conclusion The herbal kneading method with leping zhenggu zhanjin pills reduces the levels of Lequesne index and serum COMP and LEP. The improvement in Lequesne index presents the linear correlation with the reducing of serum COMP and LEP in KOA patients.
